Secure and trackable shipping

We carefully select our logistics partners to guarantee you a reliable, fast and transparent service. Every shipment is fully trackable: you will receive a code to follow your parcel in real time, from our warehouse right to your door.

Order processing and delivery times

• Our commitment: All orders received by 3:00 pm are processed and handed to the courier the same day. Orders received after 3:00 pm are processed the next working day (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded).

• Courier times: Once the goods leave our warehouse, delivery times depend solely on the carrier and on external factors (unforeseen events, strikes or bad weather), so we cannot give an absolute guarantee on timings. Estimated delivery times (barring unforeseen events):

• Italy (Mainland): 1–2 working days

• Islands and Remote Areas: 2–3 working days

• Rest of Europe (EU): 2–4 working days

What to do in case of delay?
If your parcel does not arrive within the estimated delivery times, let us know: we will immediately check with the courier to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Note: We kindly ask you to wait until the estimated times have actually passed before contacting us. Only after that deadline do the courier's systems allow us to open an official claim and check the status of the shipment.

Useful delivery information

• Delivery method and times: Couriers generally deliver between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. As it is not possible to agree a precise time, we recommend giving an address where someone is always present (for example your workplace, a neighbour or a relative) or requesting collection from a courier branch (hold for collection).

• Signature and responsibility: A signature is required on delivery. If the parcel is collected and signed for by a third party, the customer who placed the order remains responsible for the shipment and for any associated costs.

• Failed delivery (Recipient absent): If the courier finds nobody at the address provided, they will leave a notice (paper or digital) with instructions on how to release the delivery or contact the local branch. If the parcel is returned to our warehouse because you could not be reached or there was no contact from you, you will be charged the related storage and transport costs.

• Liability for delays: Any delays caused by force majeure (strikes, adverse weather or logistics disruptions) occurring after the goods have left our warehouse are not attributable to AB S.r.l.

⚠️ Parcel check and damaged goods (Important):

• Before signing the courier's receipt, carefully check that the packaging is intact.

• If the parcel is visibly damaged, crushed or wet: you must sign, without fail, writing the wording "Accepted subject to inspection due to damaged parcel" (specifying the type of damage).

• If the goods inside are damaged: let us know within 24 hours of receipt.

Please note: we will not be able to accept claims or start refund procedures if the courier's document shows only a signature without any specific reservation.

Shipping costs

You can check the exact shipping cost in your cart, transparently, always before completing your order.

• Shipping within Italy: from €5.90 and free for orders over €200.00.
The exact price varies depending on the courier selected at checkout and the destination (e.g. Islands or Remote Areas).

• Shipping to EU countries: from €9.90 and free for orders over €300.00.

International shipping

We ship to all the countries listed in the table below. Orders received by 3:00 pm are prepared and handed to the international courier the same day. Orders received after 3:00 pm are dispatched the next working day.

**Shipments to non-EU countries are subject to additional fees and charges, such as customs duties, which are entirely the customer's responsibility.
