Your personal data will be processed by AB S.r.l. within the territory of the European Union.

Should it become necessary, for technical and/or operational reasons, to make use of parties located outside the European Union, or should it become necessary to transfer some of the collected data to technical systems and cloud-based services located outside the European Union area, the processing will be governed in accordance with the provisions of Chapter V of the Regulation and authorised on the basis of specific European Union decisions. 5. DURATION OF PROCESSING AND RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA

AB S.r.l., in accordance with Art. 5.1(e) of the GDPR, will process the data you have provided for the entire duration of the requested services and will retain it for the following 12 months for the purpose of completing administrative activities, as well as for the time necessary to fulfil legal obligations.

AB S.r.l. guarantees that you may exercise the rights provided for under Art. 12 of the GDPR at any time.

In particular, you have the right to:

Right of access (Art. 15)

• The right of access includes in all cases the right to receive a copy of the personal data being processed.

• The information that the controller must provide does not include the "methods" of processing, but must include the envisaged retention period or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine that period, as well as the safeguards applied in the event of data transfer to third countries.

Data retention

(link) server, to which we refer you for detailed information regarding the Privacy Policy and the security technologies used.

Except in cases where the user specifically requests the deletion of their data from the database of this website, all data relating to the individual user and their purchases are retained on this website for a period of 26 (twenty-six) months from the last purchase made.

Exceptions
