Shipping within Italy

We have invested considerable time in selecting our logistics partners, to guarantee our customers an efficient and reliable service that allows them to track their parcel from the moment it leaves our warehouse until delivery. Delivery times

Deliveries are made by land transport, with estimated times of 2-3 business days for Northern and Central Italy and 3-4 business days for Southern Italy and the Islands (excluding weekends and public holidays). Should a problem occur with the courier during transit and the parcel does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please notify us promptly: we will do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible!
N.B. Please do not contact us before the expected timeframe has elapsed, as the data needed to take the necessary steps would not yet be available.

*Important: we cannot guarantee processing and delivery times, as there are many variables involved and unforeseen circumstances due to force majeure may occur. Especially once your order has been handed over to the courier, it is not possible to determine or guarantee a precise delivery time. What we do guarantee is our absolute commitment to processing your order within 48 hours (excluding public holidays) from the date of receipt, although it goes without saying that in the event of strikes, adverse weather conditions, special public holidays, stock inventories, office relocations, changes to IT systems, etc., there may be delays of several days in order processing. In such cases, full notice will always be given on the website.

Other delivery information

Upon arrival at the destination, the courier requires a signature from the person receiving the parcel as proof of delivery. If the person signing is different from the customer whose name appears on the delivery address, the latter remains responsible for the parcel and all associated costs. Courier delivery times are generally between 9:00 and 17:00, and you must be available during these hours, as it is not possible to choose a specific delivery time. If you are unavailable during these hours, you must request depot holding or arrange delivery to your workplace, relatives, friends, etc.

*ATTENTION
Before collecting the parcel and signing the delivery receipt, we recommend carefully checking the integrity of the packaging.
If the parcel appears damaged in any way, you must write next to your signature "damaged" or "subject to inspection".
If the goods inside the packaging have also been damaged, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
We will not accept complaints if the delivery receipt bears only a signature with no further notes.

Delivery may be delayed due to force majeure; AB S.r.l. does not accept liability for such delays when they are caused by circumstances occurring after the parcel has left our warehouse (strikes, snow, road blocks, etc.).
If the courier finds no one at the delivery address, they will leave a message with instructions so that you can contact their company directly. If the parcel is returned to us because you have not made contact, the relevant shipping costs will be charged to you.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs within Italy amount to €5.90 and are free over €200.00 of purchases.
Shipping costs to EU countries amount to €9.90* and are free over €200.00 of purchases.
The shipping costs can always be verified before finalising the order.

International shipping

We ship to the countries listed in the table below within 48 hours of receiving the order.

**Shipments to non-EU countries are subject to additional charges and fees, such as customs duties, which are entirely the responsibility of the Customer.
